Maxspeed

Upon installation, Maxspeed will appear as an option in IE tools menu

Select download speed from the IE tools Menu 'Maxspeed'
Maxspeed remains active while windows is running.
In order for Maxspeed to work properly you will need to allow all internet transmissions from MaxSpeed with your firewall.
File Size: Maxspeed and all associated files are approx 68k in size.
